Dilated biliary radicles demonstrated on 99mTc-dimethyl-acetanilide-imino-diacetic-acid (99mTc-IDA) imaging suggested biliary obstruction, and led to transhepatic cholangiography and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Both showed a biliary tree of normal diameter.
99m锝-二甲基乙酰苯胺亚氨基二乙酸（99mTc-IDA）显像显示扩张的胆管分支提示胆管梗阻，进而进行了经皮肝穿刺胆管造影术和内镜逆行胰胆管造影术。两者均显示胆管直径正常。
