Abstract
Rat liver chromatin fragments obtained after the chromatin digestion with Ca,Mg-dependent intranuclear endonuclease were studied using electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel concentration gradient. It is found that the content of large chromatin fragments decreases in the presence of exogenous RNAse. Possible structural role of RNA in the chramatin organization is discussed.

用依赖于钙、镁的核内核酸酶消化染色质后获得的大鼠肝脏染色质片段，通过在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶浓度梯度中进行电泳来研究。发现在存在外源性核糖核酸酶的情况下，大染色质片段的含量会降低。讨论了RNA在染色质组织中的可能结构作用。
