The use of continuous peridural anesthesia (CPA) with catheterization of the peridural space in the lumbar area is an effective method of anesthesia in aged and senile patients both during the operation and in the postoperative period. The authors consider CPA a method of choice in osteosynthesis of the femur neck in aged and senile patients.
在老年患者手术及术后期间，采用连续硬膜外麻醉（CPA）并在腰椎区域进行硬膜外腔置管是一种有效的麻醉方法。作者认为CPA是老年患者股骨颈骨折内固定术的首选麻醉方法。
