Allergic complications were revealed in 5.5% of cases in the treatment of 400 patients with primary varicose dilatation of the lower extremity veins. Operations were performed on 322 patients. Tactical errors and complications during the operation were noted in 3.7%, lesions of the main femoral vessels in 4 patients being most severe of them. Postoperative complications were revealed in 12.7% of cases. Measures for their prevention are proposed.
在对400例原发性下肢静脉曲张患者的治疗中,5.5%的病例出现了过敏并发症。对322例患者进行了手术。手术中发现有3.7%的战术失误和并发症,其中最严重的是4例患者的主要股血管损伤。12.7%的病例出现了术后并发症。并提出了预防措施。
