Abstract
An early decrease in the total cellularity and amount of bone marrow CFUs was recorded in (CBAxC57B)F1 adrenalectomized mice. This decrease was accompainied by a significant fall in the number of proliferating stem cells in the bone marrow and spleen, evaluated by the method of "thymidine suicide". After normalization of the total amount of CFUs followed by that of the bone marrow cellularity the level of cycling stem cells returned to initial.

在（CBA×C57B）F1肾上腺切除小鼠中，记录到骨髓中总细胞数和集落形成单位（CFU）数量早期减少。这种减少伴随着通过“胸腺嘧啶核苷自杀”法评估的骨髓和脾脏中增殖干细胞数量的显著下降。在CFU总量正常化后，接着骨髓细胞数正常化，循环干细胞水平恢复到初始状态。
