H+ back diffusion stimulates blood flow in rabbit fundic mucosa. This increase is linearly related to intraluminal [H+]. The capacity of autoregulation is limited and high rates of H+ back diffusion lead to a fall in intramural pH and development of ulcers. Vasopressin blocks the rise in blood flow and ulcers develop even at low rates of H+ back diffusion.
氢离子逆向扩散刺激兔胃底黏膜的血流。这种增加与管腔内[H⁺]呈线性相关。自身调节能力有限,高速率的氢离子逆向扩散会导致壁内pH值下降和溃疡形成。血管加压素会阻止血流增加,即使在低速率的氢离子逆向扩散情况下也会发生溃疡。
