The authors examined 782 samples of blood from healthy donors, living in the town of Plovdiv and its district. The established gene frequencies were: GPT1 = 0,4847 and GPT2 = 0,6153, which were close to those of the European nations. The theoretical probability for excluding fatherhood according to the system of GPT was 18,74%.
