We report the case of a man aged 39 who received several injections of mineral oil in his pectoral muscles 20 years ago. Supposedly, the purpose of the injections was to improve the aesthetic appearance as well as the strength of the muscles. The final result was the development of impressive symmetrical paraffinomas. A short review of the recent literature on paraffinomas is presented.
我们报告了一例39岁男性的病例，该患者20年前在胸肌接受了多次矿物油注射。据推测，注射的目的是改善美观以及增强肌肉力量。最终结果是出现了令人瞩目的对称性石蜡瘤。本文对近期关于石蜡瘤的文献进行了简要综述。
