[Cerebral microangiomas].

In a group of 27 patients with spontaneously developing intracerebal haematomas in three cases small angiomas of the brain were demonstrated at angiography, operation and microscopic examination. In two cases presence of such microangioma was suspected. In all five patients good results were obtained after operation. Attention is called to difficulties in clinical, angiographic and even surgical diagnosis of cerebral microangioma.
