A case of intestinal obstruction in an adult due to congenital diaphragma of the duodenum (DD) is presented. Aetiology, pathology and diagnostic problems are discussed and the literature is reviewed. Various therapeutic procedures are evaluated. Excision or duodeno-duodenostomy are the only measures recommended. The correct choice depends on the relation of the DD to the ampulla of Vatter. Duodeno-duodenostomy was successfully applied in the reported case.
本文报道一例因先天性十二指肠膈（DD）导致的成人肠梗阻病例。讨论了病因、病理及诊断问题，并对相关文献进行了综述。评估了各种治疗方法。推荐的唯一措施是切除或十二指肠十二指肠吻合术。正确的选择取决于DD与瓦特壶腹的关系。十二指肠十二指肠吻合术在该病例中成功应用。
