Abstract
Perforation of the gallbladder into the retroperitoneum is a very rare event. A case report is given of a 71 year old patient suffering from acute cholecystitis. A perforation occurred and a retroperitoneal abscess developed. Cholecystectomy, appendectomy and retroperitoneal drainage were performed, and the patient recovered. A review from the literature is given covering 6 other cases.

胆囊穿破至腹膜后是一种非常罕见的情况。本文报告一例71岁患有急性胆囊炎的患者。发生了穿孔并形成了腹膜后脓肿。实施了胆囊切除术、阑尾切除术和腹膜后引流，患者康复。还对文献中报道的其他6例病例进行了综述。
