Abstract
Accidental ingestion of trichlorofluoromethane (Freon 11) by a healthy adult male resulted in necrosis and multiple perforations of the stomach. The patient recovered after surgical intervention, the excision of necrotic tissue and the reestablishment of gastrointestinal continuity. The freezing action of Freon 11 is postulated as the cause of tissue necrosis.

一名健康成年男性意外摄入三氯氟甲烷（氟利昂11）后，胃部出现坏死和多处穿孔。患者经手术干预、切除坏死组织并重建胃肠道连续性后康复。推测氟利昂11的冷冻作用是组织坏死的原因。
