There were no signs of incompatibility between timolol and epinephrine, administered simultaneously with other antiglaucoma drugs in 20 eyes. A drop in IOP, related to the addition of epinephrine to previous antiglaucoma therapy was noted. The sites of beta-blockade and beta-stimulation have not yet been determined.

在20只眼中，噻吗洛尔与肾上腺素同时与其他抗青光眼药物联合使用时，未出现不相容的迹象。在先前的抗青光眼治疗中加入肾上腺素后，眼压有所下降。β受体阻断和β受体刺激的部位尚未确定。
