Abstract

The flexirod hinged penile prosthesis was implanted in 100 patients: 21 through a perineal incision and 79 through a dorsal penile incision. Surgery via the dorsal approach is performed more easily and quickly, and produces less postoperative pain. The modified technique and results for the hinged implant are described. The complication rate was 5 per cent (4 per cent once the design of the prosthesis was finalized).

可弯曲铰链式阴茎假体植入了100例患者：21例经会阴切口植入，79例经阴茎背侧切口植入。经背侧入路手术操作更容易、更快，术后疼痛也较轻。本文描述了铰链式植入物的改良技术及结果。并发症发生率为5%（假体设计最终确定后为4%）。
