[Method of increasing the efficiency of ultrasonic instruments].

Small ultrasonic appliances have been developed for ophthalmosurgery. Composite high-gain concentrators and piezoceramic resonance transducers were used to build up the ultrasonic vibrating systems. The appliances are distinguished by small dimensions what allows their successful application in ophthalmosurgery.
