The bone marrow of hypophysectomized rats exposed to irradiation with a dose of 400 C/kg or 6-hour immobilization has been studied. It has been found that hypophysectomy itself does not affect neutrophilopoiesis since its insufficiency is revealed only on the body exposure to additional loadings (irradiation or immobilization). This was manifested in the suppression of postradiative regeneration of neutrophilopoiesis and in the lack of granulocytopoiesis activation over a period of 24-48 h after the commencement of 6-hour immobilization.
对接受400 C/kg剂量照射或6小时固定的垂体切除大鼠的骨髓进行了研究。发现垂体切除本身并不影响中性粒细胞生成,因为只有在机体受到额外负荷(照射或固定)时才会出现其功能不足。这表现为中性粒细胞生成的辐射后再生受到抑制,以及在6小时固定开始后的24 - 48小时内缺乏粒细胞生成激活。
