[Loss of blood in artificial abortion performed under paracervical anesthesia].

The effect of paracervical block anesthesia on the uterine tonus was analysed by the parameter of bleeding. The amount of the blood lost in artificial abortion performed in paracervical anesthesia in 100 women proved to be smaller than in the other 100 women in whom abortion was induced by the use of other analgetic methods.
