The authors summed up an 11-year experience of treatment of trans- and epicondylic fractures of the shoulder bone in 218 children by different methods. It was established that stable positive results of closed repositions were worse at remote terms as compared with the results of patients treated by the method of open reposition and skeletal stretching. Complications were observed in 9,5% and 4,09% of cases respectively.
