The causes and dynamics of invalidism following femur fractures were analysed in 549 patients. Serious fractures of the femur were most frequently associated with traffic accidents. Treatment defects are emphasized to be greatly responsible for the appearance of invalidism. The most effective treatment and use of dynamic observations of such patients is shown to be necessary.
对549例股骨骨折后致残的原因及动态变化进行了分析。股骨严重骨折最常与交通事故有关。强调治疗缺陷是致残现象的主要原因。结果表明，对此类患者进行最有效的治疗并开展动态观察很有必要。
