[Data on the X-sex chromatin content and cytokaryometric characteristics of the cells of human amniotic fluid and of provisory and definitive organs].

In different zones of the aminion there is a different amount of cells with X-chromatin containing nuclei. Four types among most common cells of amniotic fluid are described. The sizes of cells, nuclei and nucleoli in different zones of the amnion, amniotic fluid, fetal cheeck mucous and fetal urina are compared. The material taken by biopsy from provisory organs is suggested to be used for cytogenetic studies.
