The physiologic limitations of erection are wide-reaching. Priapism is reversible in its early stages and its aetiology is unclear. A single patient is presented who was treated by irrigation with heparin and a bilateral sapheno-corporal shunt. Half a year later normal erections occurred again and the late result should be satisfactory.
勃起功能的生理限制范围很广。阴茎异常勃起在早期是可逆的，但其病因尚不清楚。本文报告1例患者，采用肝素冲洗及双侧大隐静脉-阴茎海绵体分流术进行治疗。半年后再次出现正常勃起，远期效果应该令人满意。
