The investigation findings of radionephrography, sequence scintigraphy and renovasography of 35 patients with hypertension were compared with the results of the renal perfusion scintigraphy. In chronic inflammatory renal diseases, stenoses of the renal arteries and space-occupying processes a good correlation of the findings is the result. The results of the investigations allow of the conclusion that the renal perfusion scintigraphy gives the possibility of a more aimed use of the angiography in the clarification of the renal cause of a hypertension.
对35例高血压患者的放射性肾图、序列闪烁扫描和肾血管造影的检查结果与肾灌注闪烁扫描的结果进行了比较。在慢性炎性肾脏疾病、肾动脉狭窄和占位性病变中，各项检查结果具有良好的相关性。这些研究结果可以得出结论，肾灌注闪烁扫描为在明确高血压的肾脏病因时更有针对性地使用血管造影提供了可能。
