[Current status of the treatment of kidney injuries].

Injuries of the urinary tract are of increasing interest. Infusion urography, reno-vasography, szintigraphy give a better chance now to diagnose and classify these mostly blunt traumata. In the last 15 years 278 patients with renal injuries were seen at the Urological Dept. of the Friedrichshain-Hospital Berlin. The authors emphasize organ preserving procedures.
