An examination of 100 patients with parkinsonism and 30 control healthy individuals carried out with the use of Hentschel's test revealed a statistically significant lowering of such characteristics as concentration and activity of attention in parkinsonian patients. There were no substantial differences in the degree of those disturbances in patients with different forms of parkinsonism. These changes are, probably, due to disintegration of the activity of various brain systems in the presence of dopamine deficiency.
