[Method of surgical treatment of inveterate traumatic aneurysms of the limbs].

The described method of surgical treatment of traumatic aneurysms of the extremities consists in autovenous plasty of the artery following the dissection of the aneurysmal sac and resection of the injured walls of the vessels: after partial resection of the aneurysmal sac walls their remnants are used for covering the vascular graft. The method was applied on 3 patients. The follow-up from 3 months to 3 years has revealed good results.
