The effect of water vapour on sublimated films of guanine was studied by IR- and UV-spectroscopy. It manifests itself essentially in the high-frequency shift of non-plane deformation vibration bands of NH- and NH2-groups and the shift of some pi leads to pi-transitions to the long-wave region and others to the short-wave one. The spectral changes observed on damping are due to the catalyzed by water rapid transition of partially ordered aggregates of initial film into crystal anhydrous ones at room temperature.
通过红外光谱和紫外光谱研究了水蒸气对鸟嘌呤升华膜的影响。其主要表现为NH-和NH2-基团非平面变形振动带的高频位移,以及一些π→π跃迁向长波区域的位移和另一些向短波区域的位移。在吸湿时观察到的光谱变化是由于水催化初始膜的部分有序聚集体在室温下快速转变为无水晶体。
