Abstract
Since 1974, four cases of pneumocele of the maxillary sinus have been reported. An air contained sac, the pneumocele erodes bone and presents with cheek swelling, facial fullnss, or pain. This report documents a case of pneumocele of the maxillary sinus and outlines diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines. Caldwell-Luc with nasal antrostomy is curative.

自1974年以来，已有4例上颌窦气囊肿的病例报告。气囊肿是一个含气的囊腔，可侵蚀骨质，并表现为面颊肿胀、面部饱满或疼痛。本报告记录了1例上颌窦气囊肿病例，并概述了诊断和治疗指南。经鼻上颌窦开窗术（柯-陆氏手术）可治愈该病。
