Abstract

A complex of bloodless examination methods (tetrapolar rheography, rheopulmonography, cinecardiography) was used in studying hemodynamics of systemic and pulmonary circulation at rest and after dosed exercises performed in a supine position. Forty-seven healthy persons were examined at rest and 1, 3, 6, 10, and 15 minutes after cessation of the exercise tolerance test. After the test the values of hemodynamics return to the initial levels on the 6th--10th min of rest. It is shown that the suggested complex of examination methods may be used for disclosing latent disorders of adaptation to physical exercise and for control over the efficacy of treatment of patients with diseases of the organs of circulation and respiration.

采用一套无血检查方法(四极血流图、肺血流图、电影心动图)来研究静息状态以及仰卧位进行定量运动后体循环和肺循环的血流动力学。对47名健康人在静息状态下以及运动耐力测试停止后1、3、6、10和15分钟进行了检查。测试后,血流动力学值在静息6至10分钟时恢复到初始水平。结果表明,所建议的这套检查方法可用于发现对体育锻炼适应的潜在障碍,并用于控制循环和呼吸器官疾病患者的治疗效果。
