Abstract
A method of treatment of patients (224) with the postthrombotic disease of lower extremities under conditions of out-patient clinics is described. At the first stage of treatment (a preparatory one) the patients were given drugs blocking biogenic substantias, vasodilative drugs and physiotherapeutic treatment. The second stage included the putting of the Unna-Kefer compressive bundage for a long time. The supporting therapy followed. Remote results were favourable.

描述了一种在门诊条件下治疗下肢血栓形成后疾病患者（224例）的方法。在治疗的第一阶段（准备阶段），给予患者阻断生物活性物质的药物、血管扩张药物以及物理治疗。第二阶段包括长时间使用Unna-Kefer加压绷带。随后进行支持性治疗。远期效果良好。
