The constructive features of the Ilizarov apparatus with some additional details enabled the authors to use perosseous distractional osteosynthesis for the treatment of different foot deformities in 52 patients (61 feet) in the clinic following the developed techniques. Other conditions being equal, the method of distraction makes it possible to iliminate the foot deformity and at the same time to make it longer which can not be achieved by other methods.
伊利扎洛夫器械的结构特点以及一些附加细节,使作者能够在临床中按照所研发的技术,对52例患者(61只脚)采用经皮牵张成骨术来治疗不同的足部畸形。在其他条件相同的情况下,牵张方法能够消除足部畸形,同时还能使足部变长,这是其他方法无法实现的。
