The microflora of injury foci was studied in 49 patients with secondary chronic osteomyelitis and 8 patients with primary chronic osteomyelitis. According to the authors' data non-identified. Staphylococcus aureus and the III phagogroup were prevailing. The secondary infection of foci with gram-negative microflora was noted during the treatment. The author's believe pervomur to be an effective means for prevention and struggle against gram-negative microflora.
