Total activity of carbonic esterases was increased in rabbit blood serum, thrombocytes, leukocytes and liver tissue within the first 30-40 days of experimental hypercholesterolemia; later on it was distinctly increased. Simultaneously with the decrease in the enzymatic activity additional isoenzymes were detected.
在实验性高胆固醇血症的最初30 - 40天内，兔血清、血小板、白细胞和肝组织中碳酸酯酶的总活性增加；之后其活性明显升高。在酶活性降低的同时，检测到了额外的同工酶。
