[Familial spastic paraplegia. Genetic-scientific discussion apropos of an affected family].

Because of the genetic heterogeny of this condition, a family with two brothers affected by familial spastic paraplegia, descendent from a consaguinous marriage, is reported. The envolved hereditary transmission mechanism is discussed being concluded as possibly the autossomic recessive one.
