Two cases of epithelioid sarcoma in the hand are presented both of which underwent ray amputation of the involved digit. The difficulty of early diagnosis may be a major factor in eradicating this tumour. Early ablation, at least a ray amputation, should be performed.
本文报告了两例手部上皮样肉瘤病例，两例均接受了患指的截指手术。早期诊断困难可能是根治该肿瘤的主要因素。应尽早进行切除，至少行截指手术。
