Abstract

Fractures of the proximal end of the humerus are treated by early functional movement. Dislocated fractures of the humeral head should be treated by means of osteosynthesis. In younger patients osteosynthesis with a T- or L-shaped plate is the method of choice; in older patients, open reduction and K-wire fixations can be used. Indications for screw osteosynthesis are rare, and alloarthroplasty is a procedure reserved for exceptions. The functional results are demonstrated by 24 cases with dislocated fractures who were operated on, thus showing the principles of operative treatment.

肱骨近端骨折采用早期功能锻炼进行治疗。肱骨头脱位骨折应通过骨接合术进行治疗。对于年轻患者,T形或L形钢板骨接合术是首选方法;对于老年患者,可采用切开复位和克氏针固定。螺丝钉骨接合术的适应证很少见,全关节置换术是一种仅适用于特殊情况的手术。对24例接受手术治疗的脱位骨折患者的功能结果进行了展示,从而表明了手术治疗的原则。
