[A contribution to binaural impulse modulaton (author's transl)].

The reported investigations shall detect possiblilties for using binaural impulse modulation with an interaural loudness difference to differentiate between normal and pathological hearing. The different curves between modulation and pure tone thresholds indicate cochlear lesions (recruitment) as well as such within the binaural pathways.
