A patient with unusual symptoms showed a polypoid lesion of the esophagus, found to be a primary malignant melanoma. Surgical excision was followed by localized radiation therapy and was completed with external radiotherapy. Subsequent bougienage and biopsy failed to show any evidence of malignancy.
一名有异常症状的患者食管出现息肉样病变，经检查发现是原发性恶性黑色素瘤。手术切除后进行了局部放射治疗，随后又进行了外照射放疗。后续的探条扩张和活检未发现任何恶性肿瘤迹象。
