The author has performed 1000 breast needle-biopsies during a period of 20 years. Based on his own experiences and on the data of the literature the method is evaluated as a useful, informative and complementary tool in the preoperative diagnosis of breast diseases. The method is reliable, quick, painless and performable on out-patients, it causes no dissipation of the tumour, therefore, it is recommended as a routine diagnostic method.
作者在20年的时间里进行了1000例乳腺针吸活检。基于他自己的经验和文献数据，该方法被评估为乳腺疾病术前诊断中一种有用、提供信息且具有补充作用的工具。该方法可靠、快速、无痛且可在门诊进行，不会导致肿瘤扩散，因此，推荐将其作为一种常规诊断方法。
