One observation of borderline (proliferating) Brenner's tumour in combination with benign mucinous cystic adenoma is described. According to the International Histological Classification of the WHO (1977), such neoplasias are classified in the group of mixed epithelial tumours of the ovaries. In the great majority of the cases both epithelial components are morphologically mature, or mucinous cystic adenocarcinoma is combined with benign Brenner's tumour. In the reported case of mixed epithelial neoplasia of the ovaries malignancy occurred in the epithelial component of Brenner's tumour.
本文描述了一例交界性（增生性）布伦纳瘤合并良性黏液性囊腺瘤的病例。根据世界卫生组织（1977年）的国际组织学分类，此类肿瘤归为卵巢混合性上皮肿瘤组。在绝大多数病例中，两种上皮成分在形态上均成熟，或者黏液性囊腺癌与良性布伦纳瘤合并存在。在本报告的卵巢混合性上皮肿瘤病例中，恶性病变发生在布伦纳瘤的上皮成分中。
