The simultaneous occurrence of ipsilateral humeral supracondylar and forearm fractures is unusual, and the incidence of this combination is not known. For the management of six cases of this fracture combination, initial reduction and transcutaneous pin fixation of the supracondylar fracture were recommended and the followed by reduction and stabilization of the forearm fracture. Serious neurovascular complications associated with these severe extremity injuries are manageable only by prompt diagnosis and treatment.
同侧肱骨髁上骨折和前臂骨折同时发生的情况并不常见，这种骨折组合的发生率尚不清楚。对于6例这种骨折组合的处理，建议首先对肱骨髁上骨折进行复位和经皮穿针固定，随后再对前臂骨折进行复位和固定。与这些严重肢体损伤相关的严重神经血管并发症只有通过及时诊断和治疗才能得到控制。
