A boy, aged 15 years, reacted hyperthermically when he underwent a general anesthesia. Following investigation revealed a high rate of metanephrines in the urine. A subsequent ultrasonographic examination revealed a round, echo-dense mass ventral from the upper pole of the left kidney. This mass proved to be an adrenal pheochromocytoma.

一名15岁男孩在接受全身麻醉时出现高热反应。后续检查发现其尿中去甲肾上腺素水平很高。随后的超声检查显示左肾上极腹侧有一个圆形、回声密集的肿块。该肿块被证实为肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。
