While studying the distribution of creatine kinase isoenzymes in the mucosa of the rat digestive tract, we found two predominant patterns, namely the esophageal pattern with predominant MM isoenzyme, and the gastrointestinal pattern with predominant BB isoenzyme. The quantitative distribution of the enzyme was higher in the esophagus, although its role is not clear at present.
在研究大鼠消化道黏膜中肌酸激酶同工酶的分布时，我们发现了两种主要模式，即主要为MM同工酶的食管模式和主要为BB同工酶的胃肠模式。该酶在食管中的定量分布较高，尽管其作用目前尚不清楚。
