A variety of diseases of diverse etiology may produce oral pathology in a spectrum ranging from blisters through erosion to frank ulcers. The morphologic similarity of such lesions makes precise diagnosis difficult. Some of these diseases also produce cutaneous lesions which suggest or confirm a specific diagnosis. Selected diseases which produce oral ulcers are reviewed with an emphasis on those in which coexisting cutaneous lesions can significantly aid in diagnosis.
多种病因各异的疾病可能会引发口腔病变，范围从水疱到糜烂再到明显的溃疡。此类病变在形态上的相似性使得精确诊断颇具难度。其中一些疾病还会产生皮肤病变，这些病变有助于提示或确诊特定的诊断。本文对一些引发口腔溃疡的疾病进行了综述，重点关注那些伴有皮肤病变且能显著辅助诊断的疾病。
