The authors present a rare case of delayed post-traumatic stenosis of the small intestine localized in the mid jejunum, due to blunt abdominal trauma. Several physiopathological and radiodiagnostic problems are reviewed. The lesion belongs, in our opinion, to the wide group o ischaemic stenoses of the digestive tract and is interpreted as the effect of vascular damage to the mesentery with the formation of an intramural haematoma.
作者报告了一例罕见的钝性腹部创伤后空肠中段局限性小肠延迟性创伤后狭窄病例。文中回顾了一些生理病理和放射诊断问题。我们认为，该病变属于消化道缺血性狭窄这一广泛类别，可解释为肠系膜血管损伤伴壁内血肿形成的结果。
