The second case in the literature of malakoplakia involving the urethral meatus is presented. Multiple similar lesions were found also in the urinary bladder. Following combinations antituberculous and subsequent single antimicrobial therapy, all lesions disappeared and have remained absent at reevaluation eighteen months later.
本文报告了文献中第二例发生于尿道口的软斑病病例。在膀胱中也发现了多个类似病变。经过抗结核联合治疗及后续单一抗菌治疗后，所有病变均消失，在18个月后的复查中未见复发。
