[Duodenal diverticulitis complicated by other digestive system diseases].

The work is devoted to the results of the treatment of 535 patients with diverticula of the duodenum, associated diseases being found in 15% of cases. The clinical picture is dependent on the relationship of the diseases: which of them is the leading one at the moment, are they concomitant or competing. The author comes to the conclusion that planned operation of full volume is necessary and expedient. The conclusion is supported by good immediate and late results.
