The article is concerned with the clinical picture, diagnosis and nearest results of the treatment of 51 patients with acute mechanical ileus resulting from different surgical interventions on organs of the abdominal cavity and small pelvis within the first 3 weeks after operations. Fourty four patients recovered, seven patients died (13,7%) due to intoxication and resulting cardio-pulmonary complications. Relaparatomy for acute mechanical ileus is believed to be an important link in the complex of postoperative measures.
本文关注的是51例急性机械性肠梗阻患者的临床表现、诊断及近期治疗结果，这些患者均在术后3周内因腹腔和小骨盆器官的不同外科手术而发病。44例患者康复，7例患者（13.7%）因中毒及由此引发的心肺并发症死亡。急性机械性肠梗阻的再次剖腹手术被认为是术后综合治疗措施中的一个重要环节。
