The very rare anomaly in the absence of Botallo arterial duct (DAB) is discussed on the basis of two specific and three further cases published in recently available literature. As expected, all five cases show in common the same criterion with morphologically right-ventricular cardiac hypertrophy and functionally inverse shunt by accompanying defects of the heart septum. The present case is complicated by an inverted position of the thorax and abdomen as well as a Fallot's tetralogy.
