[Marshall-Marchetti operation for treatment of stress incontinence of women (author's transl)].

Clinical, roentgenological, and urodynamic parameters were checked prior to and after 29 primary Marshall-Marchetti operations. Good results, that is cured or improved, were obtained in 93 per cent of the cases. The clinical, radiological, and urodynamic results are discussed.
