The physiopathology of inflammation is explained by the liberation of lysosomal enzymes in tissue subjected to trauma. There are three types of insufficient lymph drainage, according to the protein load of the lymphatic vessels and the capacity of lymphatic drainage. Mechanic, organic insufficiency results in inflammation because of the impossibility of removal of modified proteins from the tissues. One of the consequences is a weakening of the immunological response. Another is the vascular transformation of lymph nodes in the case of block.
